I'M GLAD YOU'RE HERE
Whether you are here for yoga instruction or physical therapy care, I'm here to help you move with more confidence, ease, and joy. You deserve to feel good in your body.
I first began regularly practicing yoga in 2008 to supplement my athletic training and study of modern dance, and quickly found that the meaningful movement of asana resonated within me on a deep physical and energetic level.
The transformations yoga has brought about in my life ignited a dedication to the practice and an intention to share the many varied benefits of practicing asana with everyone.
After teaching yoga for a few years, I began to crave more knowledge about the intricacies of the human body, and how our physical and emotional wellbeing are deeply intwined. From here, I set off on my journey towards becoming a doctor of physical therapy. Fast forward, a few more years, and here I am, a physical therapist!
I love treating a variety of conditions, from your general orthopedic issues like knee pain, low back pain, tennis elbow, and the like - to helping folks navigate through pregnancy and beyond via my work as a pelvic and perinatal specialist. I have taken many trainings after receiving my doctorate to become well-versed in treating those with pelvic floor-related conditions, and these are some of my favorite patients to work with. It's an honor and a privilege to be able to serve my community in this way, and I look forward to continuing on my journey as a healer, clinician, and forever-student.
