BOWEL + BLADDER

Helping to manage urinary and bowel incontinence, interstitial cystitis, anal fissures, hemorrhoids, excessive urgency, constipation, and painful bladder and bowel emptying.

SEXUAL HEALTH

Sex should feel good! We help folks of all genders and sexualities navigate vaginismus, pain with intercourse, and decreased orgasm so you can be intimate with more confidence , pleasure, and connection.

MALE PELVIC HEALTH

Treating male pelvic health concerns including urine/bowel incontinence, constipation, pelvic and/or genital pain, and supporting patients post prostatectomy.

IN-PERSON AT OUR CLINIC

Receive 1-on-1, hands-on treatment in our beautiful space. Great for folks who would like a bit more direction and hands-on support. We welcome your (pre-crawling) little ones into our space as needed.

VIRTUAL FROM YOUR HOME

Great for folks who have busy schedules, are freshly postpartum, or are looking for guidance without hands-on treatment. We are able to thoroughly assess your needs and deliver interventions via telemedicine.
